Our Process
Feasibility Report
We will walk the site with you to discuss your requirements and use that information, as well as a Residential code analysis, to determine the possibilities for the project.
Design
We will provide iterative design studies based on your requirements and desires. We will continuously communicate and work with you to provide a functional, high-level design.
Permitting
We will produce all necessary documentation to go through the permitting process and the plans will always be reviewed by a licensed architect.
Construction Administration
We will provide on-site consultation and work closely with the contractor to provide solutions as necessary.
